Videography
We provide high-quality event photos in 4K resolution, captured with a Fujifilm X-T50 camera and a Fujinon XF 16–50 mm lens. Prior to the event, we’ll discuss what impression the photos should convey, and other details that are relevant to provide you with memorable images for your marketing. Event coverage: - Up to 3h (includes post-processing): CHF 400 - Half-day, up to 6h (includes post-processing): CHF 650 During post-processing, we refine and edit the images before delivering the final selection. A preview of 15 photos will be delivered within 24 hours. The remaining images will follow within 3 days. Same-day delivery of the 15-photo preview is available for an additional fee: Additional fee: CHF 85 (Custom projects upon request.)
We produce high-quality event videos in 4K resolution and all required formats for your website and social media. The videos are shot using a Fujifilm X-T50 camera with a Fujinon XF 16–50 mm lens. Additionally, our equipment includes a RØDE VideoMic NTG microphone for high-quality audio, as well as a SmallRig CT210 tripod for smooth pans and stable shots. Prior to the event, we will discuss in detail what is important to you regarding the video production and the impression you would like the video to convey. Event coverage: - Up to 3h (≤ 120 sec video): CHF 650 - Half day (up to 6h) (≤ 120 sec video): CHF 850 Price includes basic post-production such as cutting, color grading, and music/sound design. Advanced editing (e.g. storytelling or additional sound design) can be requested at an additional cost. Delivery time: 2–5 days after the event. (Custom projects available upon request.)
Additional Services
Catering & venue organisation: from CHF 100 - We assist in finding and arranging suitable catering providers and event locations. This includes research and initial contact/communication with providers. (No payment handling or full coordination included.) Event setup & dismantling support (CHF 30/hour per person) - We assist on-site with event setup and dismantling to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time Custom requests available upon request - Tailored services can be arranged based on your specific needs. If you are looking for photo & video coverage of your event, we are pleased to provide both services in one combined package. The same conditions apply as described in the respective services. Photo & Video event coverage: - Basic package (up to 3h): CHF 950 - Half-day package (up to 6h): CHF 1300 (Custom projects available upon request.)
